The problem
About a Multiple Drains Clogged
A single slow drain is usually a local clog. But when several fixtures back up at once, the problem is almost always in the main line that everything drains into, and that needs attention fast before it becomes a full backup.
Signs to watch for
- Two or more drains slow or backed up
- Toilet gurgles when you run the sink
- Water backs up in a lower fixture
- Sewage smell around the house
Common causes
- A blockage in the main sewer line
- Tree roots invading the pipe
- Years of grease and buildup
- A collapsed or damaged line
How we fix it
We inspect the main line, often with a camera, to pinpoint the blockage, then clear it with the right tool, from snaking to hydro jetting, so every drain flows again.
